I had registered a complaint regarding non working of the mobile, the complaint was registered on 24th April 09 till date none of the customer care executive had the courtesy to resolve the issue or to update the status of the complaint. It seems this company is not at all keen in rendering service or else this team is still living in old 90's where thry had a monopoly. We as a customer has lots of options to choose but unfortunately i had paid 1 year rental in advance due to which i need to continue with this nonsense service.
