[Resolved] Asianet Cable TV — delay in shifting connection
i am one of your subscriber (id-AA[protected]asia). i've submitted a request for shifting my connection to my new address.irrespective of my repeated requests for last 5 days, you didn't respond. as a leading service provider in the industry you should have proper ways for dealing your customers.your staff did'nt even give the information about connection shifting.each time when i call people will give vague answers...........
