Ridiculous service from Asianet again. The connection is not working for last 3 days. On calling, the call center support will say "We have passed an urgent request . Technician will contact you" same reply for 2 days but no technician called (to be frank i have not seen any such creature after me made the payment ).This is not for the fist time. I have outages for days in the past too and it will start work after one or two days, but no such technician contacts me to explain what happened etc. This time, i have asked for the contact number, whom they contacting to send technician. I have tried that number (ekm 3076136 ) and it was not responding. I have called support again and asked how they are actually registering the complaint. They told they are doing it online and when i have told no one is picking phone, their reply was 'they will not be there after office time'. How ridiculous it is then ? they were forwarding 'urgent requests" only for them to have a look when they will be back again tomorrow. Is any external agency handling call support for asianet ? any way it is pathetic and worst than their own technical support, who will receive urgent request only in office ours. How are those requests are urgent then ???
Anyone know if i need to take any legal action to cancell the service and get repayment ? i am ready for that as i cannot bear this any more. Was this information helpful? |
