[Resolved]  Asianet Satellite Communications Ltd — Channel availability

I made a complaint to the Asianet office in Thiruvalla (Complaint no. 383) three weeks ago and no one has come to check it out yet. Only a few channels are available in this digital connection. Sometimes at night more channels are available and many a time even Malayalam news channels are not available. Despite numerous phone calls no sevice personnel have bothered to come and check the problem. One can't watch T.V. when Asianet feels like setting the connection right! My subscriber id is DB01000367. Kindly look into the complaint.
