[Resolved]  Assam Telecom Circle BSNL — magic voucher

I purchased Excel Magic 75 on 13March, 2008. According to the plan the call charge during 10pm - 7am should be free for a call to a bsnl land line phone. But I found that it was not actually free when I called to land line phone No. [protected] at about 10-15pm on 18March, 2008. On enquiry, bsnl personnel told that due to technical fault the call is free only for the period 11pm - 7am!

My landphone no[protected] at moranhat, is dead fo r many days.I gave complain to the moran subdivision, but they are sleeping like anything. Please do something, i am facing a lot problem.
Otherwise I have to proceed to ministry
I have not received the last land line bill but outgoing service is stopped.How do you justify this.We have been a customer of BSNL since long long time, you cannot suspend service unilaterally.Restore connection and send the bill immediately.

Otherwise I have to proceed to ministry and also have to give complain against the S.D.O.

Say One, Two, Three ... Months.On Asking I got some Verbel Answer, Which is UnExplainable to any Body...

I have applied for the broadband connection on 01.07.08. After long harassment I got the username and password this month only, but yet to establish the connection. The officer concerned does not take phone calls. Moreover, from the exchange says that my broadband record is showing I have used it twice and the billed amount is Rs.17. Please do something. I am fade up with BSNL, Assam. Should a national newspaper connection be treated like this?
Dear Sir,
A mysterious SMS bill of Rs. 20/- is deducted from my prepaid cellphone a/c every month. No records of such SMS is saved in outbox of the message file of the handset, no number of the recipieant /sender could be found. The time of occurence is usually is after mid night.
Kindly enquire in to the matter & inform me. If any extra facility is provided to my cell, please cancell.

i got ma magic card 5 days ago
for 2 days it rked successfully but last 3 nites i saw thet ma balance was reduced even at nite hrs
i wnt the preoblem to be solved else ma 111 Rs are on waste

BSNL — No working of magic voucher

I debnath saha, my mobile no is [protected], have recharged by a magic voucher, but the no pwer fcility is available as said. i have called customer care, kolkata for several time but till now no posetive response is observed. So i am requesting to take necessary action as soon as possible.

BSNL — Magic voucher

I bought a magic voucher of Rs. 225 from a retailer on may 14th 2009. I was informed that the free own network calling facility will be activated from 2300 hrs upto 0700 hrs daily. But quite surprisingly they are charging me @ Rs 0.10 per minute in that duration. The call center employees are also not giving any sort of positive response. My cell no. is [protected]. Please help me out of this problem. Thanks a lot.
My landline telephone number[protected] has been dead for many days now.Whenever the line comes sometimes it becomes difficult to hold the receiver close to ears even for a few seconds.I lodged several complains, the latest being on[protected], the complain no being 31362.After failing to get any response from the authorities, I'm loding my complain in this forum.Hopefully the matter will be solved soon.
Still magic voucher is not available, please confirm how to get it through easy recharge.
