ATM — no withdraw of money

respected sir,
i have a bank account in BANK OF MAHARASHTRA, BRANCH CHHINDWARA(M.P.)

AT 03/03/10 I HAVE GO TO sbi atm of GEETA NAGAR,the atm has deduct
Rs.300,from my account and not gave me case at the time.
atm gave me a reciept that "sorry unable to process"&inconvenience is regretted.
so sir plz solve it.
