[Resolved]  Atm Card — ATM CARD PIN NOT RECIEVED

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that I, Karnali Roy, one of your account holder, till date did not recieve the pin number of my ATM card. Account opened on date 23rd december 2008 and I recieved the ATM card after 7months from date of account opening. PIN number given on that time is not working.

Repeated times I lodged complaint at my branch, but they are not responding. It is not possible for my part to withdraw the money through cheque every time.

So, requesting your concern department to please look after the issue and to take immediate action against the same. And at the same time also requesting you to withdraw the restriction from my account. Due to this restriction, I am facing problem at the time of withdrawal of money from other branches.
