i have cancelled two railway tickets for which i have recieved an email that the amount is credited to my account.but infact the amount has not been credited to my SB account.kindly look into the matter and see to it that the amount is credited to my account at the earliest. regards. IRCTC — refund atm complaint
I booked a ticket on 04 Jan 2012 HWH to BBS and pnr no is [protected] and the amount is Rs438 but i cancelled the ticket on 11 Jan 2012. The message came that refund amt is only Rs348 but as per the rule the irctc charges not refundable and the cancellation fee 40 rupees(total Rs50/-) then why more than charge amt is deducted.
