ATVM — Not accepting UTS no
I have purchased ATVM smart card to buy season ticket for monthly/Quartely...System asks for UTS no for season tickets but on entering any UTS no, system does not accept it..Even asked to the Railway authority,it seems even they are unware of it..Can anyone please tell what correct UTS no to be inputted...
You cannot purchase a fresh MST from ATVM. Only the renewal of existing MST is allowed through ATVM. In case of renewal, the alpha-numeric number (UTS Number) is to be entered within the MST renewal period. The UTS number is printed on Ticket in second or third line with "UTS" keyword. And one thing to note that only non-concessional season ticket are allwed at ATVM.

Not a single ATVM out of 4 installed at ghansoli station is working. This is a regular phenomena. Also during peak hours agents cover ATVM where other people card don't work.This is creating lot of chaos and problems to public.
Pls. do the needful.

Indian Railway — ATVM not working in Beach Station
Hi,I am kannan. The Automatic Ticket Vending Machine available at Beach Station Chennai is not working most of the times. Only two machines have been installed. I have bought Smart Card, only to avoid long queue, but when the machine is not working, we are forced to stand in queue, which takes very long time.
The introduction of the smart card scheme is good, but it has to be properly maintained. Please take up with concerned authority.
