[Resolved]  Avalon Aviation Academy Pvt Ltd — Provident fund Claim NOT received

Dear Sir,
I am Ivy Lata Bora, I was working with Avalon Aviation Academy an aptech group,
Sir my office people have submitted my PF Withdrawal Forms along with other required documents to PF Office Kandivali Mumbai on 14th May, 2010. Attached is the scan copy of acknowledgement. With this formalities from my office side regarding PF settlement have been completed, In normal course I would have receive claim within two months from the date of submission,but till now I have NOT recieved any claim or intimation,I checked on internet but it says No Record found, How is this possible?when I have the receiving copy of the letter by the regional provident commisner office,sent to me by my office, that is Avalon Academy Mumbai,by (Mitesh pandoria Aptech Ltd office,his no.[protected] I am attaching as an documentory proof in this regard,after calling on the listed telephone numbers so many times No one picks the calls.at the PF office?
Please Help me in this regard! the phone numbers where I called up are:[protected], 28692292, 28692438, 28695275,28671029,28692722,28675046,25692531,28692604. some of the no. are not in use and on other telephone numbers no one picks the call, some times it goes busy but just after that when the ring goes no one at the office cares to respond, In this regard I called up my office Avalon Aviation Academy office mumbai, they wrote an official mail saying:-

"In case you don't receive your claim within two months from the submission date,that is the specified duration, then you may contact the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner at Kandivali on following address.
The Regional Provident Fund Commissioner

As per the tele-conversation with my office dated 17th Nov'10, informing that I have not received my payments of my Provident Fund till now. I had resigned from the organization on 11th Feb'10 with a notice period served for 1 month till the 13th March'10.

My details are as follows:

1. Employee Code: 9773
2. Joining Date: Feb 01, 2008
3. Resignation: March 12, 2010
Kindly settle and clear my PF at the earliest and inform me accordingly.

There is No proper response as the office says all formalities from our side has been done and now it's upto Regional Proviedent commissioner office,I am running Piller to Post to recieve my Provedent Fund as I need money urgently now its more than 7 months,I have not recieved my PF! Submission Date 14 May 2010.
