Sir,i had ordered one coffiee maker by on online on naaptol site on 01.03.2012. Payment against it had been done by online on same date. Till now i could not get it. My order no is 3543779. Customer care of naaptol do not give any satisfactory answer. he only says that u will get it within 5 days. Till now,neither i receive my order nor my money in place of ordered product. Please do any needful action.

Dear Sir,We are citizens of Moradabad in U.P.. Sir we are very much pssd off due to shortage of electricity in our town specially in Kothiwal nagar.
It is a big town as compared to other but still we are facing these kind of many issues.We are not able to do our work at any point of tme.Even kids are also not able to study or work.The Administration never understand our word that is why we are mailing you now.We are very helpless here Cant even sleep at night bcz thres no proper light service.
So it is a humble request to you to plz look aftr ths complaint and take some action for our bttr livelyhood. We will be highly obeliged to you.

sir,after police verificatinon also which has been done long back more than 20 days i havent recived my pass port
