I purchased one Avis Hitek cooler from Sujata, C-13, Central Market, Lajpat Nagar - II . At the time of purchase, they said that they will take care of any compaint on timely manner. I have made a compalint on Saturday, 22nd August to Sujata, from where I purchased the product. They told me that they will send the person at 1.30 pm on monday, 24th August. Till date there is no call from anybody. Today when I spoke to the person of Sujata, the person rudely told me that he cannot help me out in this case. He misguided me on this from saturday that he will be sending person for repair. At the time of purchase, the same people were nice to me. Now they are behaving badly Please do the needful.

i purchased avis hitek cooler on 21 jun 2010 b'coz of company repo many people recommended avis after purchasing within a week its swing was not working i.e., 29 jun 2010 after complaining to customer care they send their representative 3 days later but they rectified the problem and again swing o[censored]/s on15 apr 2011 i have raised complaint to customer care they told me spare part was not available and within a week they will send the representative but not one attended. My complaint no.2 on 17 jun 11 and then continued again on with complaint no.3 20 jun 2011. He told me we will do the service from then i made repeated complaints no body attends from last one week the customer care no.[protected] is always busy right from morning to evening.
