I bought this avis hitek cooler beacuse of shop owner was saying that this is the best cooler in the market there is no problem in this and lots of things told by the shop owner about this cooler and abt its features but within few months the motor had stop working And i tried to contact on company numbers and a guy came and demanded for the bill of the avis cooler provided by dealer of avis hitek and i showed him the bill which was under...

I also bought the Avis Sleek Cooler last year from Dwarks sec-7 Market, based on the recommendation of the Shoppkeeper. He told me that it is the best in its line and company exists for last 25 year in the market and its parts were also cheap and compareable with any standard cooler. I purchased cooler of Avis Hitech, worth rs 7000 on 01st May 2011 but effective 09th May Pump is not of that cooler. I have registered a complaint (#1182) on the next day and since then they are saying, electrician will come next day.

There is no visited to check the problem as of now and I am thinking that I have wasted my money.

Can anyone help me in that or can i go in consumer court and file a case for the same.
