I bought this avis hitek cooler beacuse of shop owner was saying that this is the best cooler in the market there is no problem in this and lots of things told by the shop owner about this cooler and abt its features but within few months the motor had stop working And i tried to contact on company numbers and a guy came and demanded for the bill of the avis cooler provided by dealer of avis hitek and i showed him the bill which was under...

I also bought the Avis Sleek Cooler last year from Dwarks sec-7 Market, based on the recommendation of the Shoppkeeper. He told me that it is the best in its line and company exists for last 25 year in the market and its parts were also cheap and compareable with any standard cooler. As soon as 1 year has completed its pump stopped working. When I contacted the Shopkeeper again he told me to call the Avis..customer care. I contacted Avis...

Pump not working and no service given by company

I purchased cooler of Avis Hitech, worth rs 7000 on 01st May 2011 but effective 09th May Pump is not of that cooler. I have registered a complaint (#1182) on the next day and since then they are saying, electrician will come next day.
There is no visited to check the problem as of now and I am thinking that I have wasted my money.
Can anyone help me in that or can i go in consumer court and file a case for the same.

Complaint of Avis Hitek cooler

I purchased one Avis Hitek cooler from Sujata, C-13, Central Market, Lajpat Nagar - II . At the time of purchase, they said that they will take care of any compaint on timely manner. I have made a compalint on Saturday, 22nd August to Sujata, from where I purchased the product. They told me that they will send the person at 1.30 pm on monday, 24th August. Till date there is no call from anybody. Today when I spoke to the person of Sujata, the person rudely told me that he cannot help me out in this case. He misguided me on this from saturday that he will be sending person for repair. At the time of purchase, the same people were nice to me. Now they are behaving badly Please do the needful.

i purchased avis hitek cooler on 21 jun 2010 b'coz of company repo many people recommended avis after purchasing within a week its swing was not working i.e., 29 jun 2010 after complaining to customer care they send their representative 3 days later but they rectified the problem and again swing o[censored]/s on15 apr 2011 i have raised complaint to customer care they told me spare part was not available and within a week they will send the representative but not one attended. My complaint no.2 on 17 jun 11 and then continued again on with complaint no.3 20 jun 2011. He told me we will do the service from then i made repeated complaints no body attends from last one week the customer care no.[protected] is always busy right from morning to evening.
