[Resolved]  Axiom — Change of surname

Respected sir,

This is Arjn Dakamuri working with Axiom India Pvt Ltd.

I recieved my PAN card and i found there was a mistake on my card .My card number is No: AQXPD4469P. The mistake is my date of birth and my surname was wrong . Instead of dakamuri they mentioned as dakamoori.and my date of birth is also wrongmy exact birth date is 20/06/1984.

kindly correct my application and give me the right card.
