[Resolved]  Axis Bank — Poor service!

i have an account at your bank in cuttack branch.
my atm card is valid till feb,2009. so what steps should i take inorder to get a new one. will i be charged any amount for this.

and i am currently in bangalore studying mba,so it's not possible on my part to go to my place frequently.

I m completely disagree with the service which AXIS bank is providing to customers as there is no customer satisfaction as far as I m concerned
I could not log on i Banking. After login it gives APPLICATION SECURITY ERROR !!
This is regarding the complain towards the service which AXIS Bank is Providing to me .
I have aplied for a credit Card 6 months before and they issued me credit card but as i was not present at my home i was not able to recieve it .
Then i Placed a request for resending my Credit Card again on 5th July 2007(Request Number == 1650)and after that i recieved my pin twice but i have stil not recieved my Credit Card .
I called Customer Care around 100 times and most of the time different agent provided me different information .
I also talked to their Supervisor but still i Have no Response From AXIS Bank .
Also wanted to inform i have all the recorded calls which different agent told me different thing,.
And Sir To be very frank iam very upset to choose the Credit Card of AXIS bank .

have applied for the credit card two months back bt not recieved yet.Is this is the way bank functions????Kindly revert me how more long i have to wait for my credit card????????????
I have been holding credit cards of different bank for almost 7-8 years. Just because my salary account was shifted to UTI bank, so I applied for UTI bank credit card, and got the card some 8 months back. I find the service of you bank to be pathetic. For my saving account I have a relationship manager who takes care of my querries/issues (since I am a priority banking customer). But services for credit card is much worst than one can expect.

I lodged a request to cancel my card, but somebody from bank called and told me that all my issues will be resolved. Its been almost 2 months, but I am still waiting for the resolution. I gain called back the customer service requesting for cancelling the card, but I have not yet received the call from UTI bank.
i have sent my credit card application forms 25 days ago and dont even know the status even as of 2day what should i do?i have also taken a loan axis from axis bank for 150 k which i have got allready but no infor about my credit card status
I have deposited a cheque of my credit card bill and that cheque has not been debited from my account.

I had got credit card approrvel UTI Bank in June 06 and I got PIN number in july 07. But still I have not received the credit card.
Could you please provide me the credit as early as possible or cancell my credit card. I very much disappointed with your services.

I am absolutely fed up from the time I have received my Axis Bank Credit Card. From the beginning I have been sending the bank innumerable emails, sent registered a/d letter,have spoken to a number of officials of different Axis Bank (I am a salary account holder in Kolkata Branch and also have an account in the Golpark Branch in Kolkata), and have not once been able to talk to a Customer Care officer (although I have been kept listening to the music for more than 20 minutes on their toll free number). No one cares to read and reply to the dozens of emails nor attend to the that I have sent.

The only thing that the Credit Card department can do properly is keep sending me their interest statement.

I am so disgusted that I want to surrender my credit card. Please let me know what I have to do and where do I surrender the credit card.
Two Issues i faced in Axis Bank:

1)I have a Salary Account in Axis Bank. Branch is at Hyderabad. My Working place is Chennai. For the need my friend Deposit money in my Account from Chennai branch. They didnt took money for other bank deposit to Depositor. They took money from the Acccount with out notification. Is it Correct?

2) Axis Bank wrongly feed my wrong Mobile number for Mobile Banking. I didnt receive any sms notiification for Mobile banking. I didnt need on that. they took charge for that. I De-Activate (it's an another Story). I didnt used that mobile banking and didnt got even a single sms, they took some 100 bucks. Is it correct?
I have some problems with my debit card which you given me. I could not draw my salary through your ATM because the PIN number you have given me is incorrect and you people are given us incorrect PIN number and I was so disappointed with your service. Right I need money urgently. I also called up for customer no[protected], but unfortunately this number is also invalid.moreover, I also received sms on my mobile from bank suggesting to draw salary. I have applied for uti credit card but i have not received any status for that. So many times i called up in customer care but nobody picking the phone & asking for application ref number by giving that it is saying ..."sorry there is no application with this reference number". Just want 2 inform you about worst service of AXIS bank customer care.
I have some bonds o[censored]TI Infrastructure (Growth)Fund..applied for the redemption on[protected] and the bank person said that it will be debited to my Axis bank a/c within 2days time but today its 16-10-07 but it is not yet debited to my a/c and my bank branch is misbehaving with me if i ask them my a/c status over the phone...
I applied for the axis bank credit card, sometime before, initially at the time of taking the card they has not intimated me of the initial charges which I have to pay, they simply told, it was free for the corporates. Now when I have received my credit card, i haven't purchased anything but, they have sent me the mail, to pay for annual charges and other joining fees. When I call to customer care for this query, no body is attending the call.

So, now I am not in the mood of going with that anymore, plz cancel my card, as I am not going to pay anything.
My credit crad number 47xxxxxxxxx got blocked. the reason as per customer care is i did not pay the due amount. this month my out standing amount is 1xxxx. but via iconnect on 3rd september 6382 rs got debited from my uti saving account . but as per credit card statement on 7th september its reversed . but its neither credited back to my credit card nor my saving account.

regarding this thrice i went to MG road Main AXIS bank branch and complained to Miss. Shyamala. she said she will fix the proble. i did not get any response from her also. More than 200 times i called customer care. 4 times i went to malleshwaram Axis bank also. No one is ready to listen my problem .Is this the way you treat Customers? if know this before i would not take this card at proble is like that only.

un necessarily i am paying late payment amount. and now you blocked the card. i am really un happy by your service. so decided to go CONSUMER COURT. I am sending this mail(BCC) to vice president of AXIS BAnk and taking this copy and sublitting it to CONSUMER COURT.

I know my mail id is not rigistered. i sent 3 times application to rigister my ID. but no response. i dont want credit card details i know you cant send details also because this id is not rigistered. but fix my problem . I have Credit card statement , my bank statement and the mail copy whichever i sent and customer care people with whom ever i talked. Till today i requested to solve my problem but bank didnt respond me at all. so only way for me to get solution is CONSUMER COURT. even though i paid bill y my card got blocked? y i ahve to pay extra late payment charge? I will ask all these things to bank throuh CONSUMER COURT.

dear sir, i am sk axis bank my account no is [protected] my debit card no 4724.on 3.9.07 i withdraw 1657 at bank of baroda atm.but no money we will get, but my account dr the amount.i will complain the both two bank, but no will be response,i am confuse that where i can get my please solve my problem.
