Sir,
I am working as Senior Executive in a Nationalised Bank. Daily I take A/c bus from Puspa Park to Bhandup Station. I would like to highlight my experiece of commuting by B.E.S.T bus and irresponsible behavior of Bus conductor by not stopping the bus.
1. Today A/c bus (star bus) no. 6808 arrived at around 9:15 AM at Pushpa park stop. The bus didn't stop at all. This is inspite of fact there was sufficient space to accomodate more 8 to 10 passenger.
2. Sir, I would specifically complain against the conductor of the said bus no. because he never put his effort to convince passenger to move back to make space. It has also been obseved that he gives smiling gesture by himself standing at the gate and signalling that there is no space.
3. I get down at Bhandup station stop, and it is long distance. Moreover the bus normally gets vancant at SEEPZ and Powai and passengers of Mulund and Bhandup get seat.
4. The said bus conductor, whenever arrive at Pushpa park never stop at the Bus stop and passenger like me are being harressed continuously. Sir, this is not true with other A/c buses conductors because they take effort in accomodating new passengers at puspa park stop.
This is inspite of fact I am a GO pass holder and commute daily on same route. I would therefore request you to instruct such irresponsible conductors to accomodate passenger at PUSPA PARK stop. I personally feel that this also result in loss of revenue to BEST as long route passenger to Bhandup and Mulund have to look for alternatives for going to their destination station.
