Today i.e. Tuesday, 22nd February, 2011, around 9.45 am, when I request at bus pass counter whether my bus pass is ready. BEST staff at bus pass counter, Sion shout in such way that i am beger asking bus pass. Please note that BEST is using customers money wihtout interest for 5 days and you do not have any authority to behave like this.
I appeal to higher authorities at BEST to please investigate and look into this matter. Please ask your staff to show courtesy while issuing bus pass.
