[Resolved]  B. E. S. T. Undertaking — erratic service of bus route no.492 from wagbil to SEEPZ

Today, after 07.15 am at Garden Court bus stop, there was not a single bus which plied until 8.40. It means for more than 1 hr, there was no bus. Usually, the frequency is every 20 min but this also sometimes erratic. Dear Sir, this is indeed a profitable route for you, m sure you agree...the bus even with a gap of just 15-20 min, goes packed from the starting point itself and does become emply almost till the last stop. Yet, you have not improved the frequency, worst even reduced the services in between. Please we appeal to give us better service at least have abus every 10 min as a lot of people are patronizing your services and appreciate your starting of this route. Thank you Anna Fernandes
