I travel daily from Mulund Check Naka stop to MIDC Andheri stop via AS 422. Today morning at 11.30 a.m i bought a ticket to my destination, the conductor No. 4135 gave me the change for Rs. 100 but didnot issue me the ticket. When i insisted for the ticket he told me he has already issued a ticket which he didnot. I cross checked my pocket and confirmed that he hasn't given a ticket. At this he behaved very rudely and left without issuing me a ticket. This is very embarissing experience, on one hand we are requsted to use public transport to minimize traffic congestion on the other we are humilated. Kindly take stern action on the conductor for not issuing the ticket and talking rudely to customer. Your earlier action in this regard will be highly appreciated. Was this information helpful? |
