[Resolved]  B.S.N.L — non refund of deposit amount

i, dr aruna , have applied for a b.s.n.l landline connection on 01.09.2009 along with a deposit amount of i.n.r 500/-in the form of a demand draft [no. [protected]] and got receipt no. [protected]. at b.s.n.l.centre at charminar.
They promised me that ill get connection within three days.they gave 24550464 as my new telephone no. but to my surprise there was no response frm them even after one week .then i called to a phone no. 24553955 which was given by them at the time of application . Then they told its not feasible to give a new telephone connection in our area ,so they asked me to apply for a refund of the deposit money.
i have applied for refund of deposit money stating that 'as i told by the authorities that it is not feasible to give a new connection in our area pl arrange for refund of my deposit money as early as possible'. at costumer service centre on 08.09.2009 .
they told that they will send the amount in the form of demand draft within one month which they never. surprisingly i received a bill from b.s.n.l for the month of september.
again i went to the b.s.n.l costumer service centre ,charminar and enquired about my refund amount and i got an answer that ill get the amount soon to my address by demand draft.
from that day onwards im getting monthly bills in which amount payable is mentioned as - 500 rs. but in december 2009 i got a bill for the month of november stating amount payable is 0.00 .
so i hereby request u to pl take this complaint and take action to get my deposit money back along with the transportation charges and compensation for the physical and mental harrassment they gave to me during these 5 months
