[Resolved]  BA-LUCKY — Do not disturb (DND) after that receiving SMS

regarding the same BA-Lucky.

Request you too to send a mail to the above so that necessary action can be taken against the culprits.

I too received the message and i replied, they sent me a pearl set but i dont know how much cost it is...

i need ur help, i recieved the pearl set now i need to recover the money, pls help me

today i also received message from BA-Lucky. They demanded Rs. 525 for courier and Insurance Charges.

It is fraud messages services. any one who give me the company name ot contact number?

I Subrata Samanta using Aircel connection no-[protected]. Within approximate six month I tried to activate DND service on my connection but somehow it not activated and caller tune Cricket alert sms from (DK- Cricket) are activated automatically. When this entire thing I informed to Aircel customer care executive then they told me that I request to activate it, which is not true if I request then why I want to start DND service and after activated this service my balance is deducted. I am in facing a big problem with this.

In Aircel network I can’t activate DND service by sms START DND to 1909

In last weak of February my caller tune was activated and I deactivated this[protected] now again Aircel activate a caller tune in my mobile no. I send a mail to Aircel Nodal Officer (Basundhara majumder Husssain Mob-[protected] e-mail=nodalofficer.[protected]@aircel.co.in). I tried to call him/her but I failed so please help me
