Online Complaint/ Refund not received
Please see the details of my order and membership details below. This reply is dated 1 month back.

It has been over 2 months since I placed the order; a month back they said the product is out of stock and so I requested for refund. They did acknowledge the request and I've been following up ever since (over 1 month now). However, I've not got it yet. I tried calling on their number many a times just to hear the recorded message over and over again every time.

Please provide any information to redirect my complaint!

Once call to me by No. [protected], [protected], [protected] and my debit card last digit [protected] and asked give me your card no. security no and a/c no. you have more than 5000/- amount in your account neighter they can't refund my amount which is paid by me for said order.
please sort out who are call to me and be refund my amount to my a/c no. contact mob. [protected]
