Dear Sir,

1) I have taken an order from BAG IT TODAY on 31/05/2012 & Validity is 1 Year9 for booking room any where of india consisting of 4 nights & 5 days for Couples).

2) they have given the choice for 2 nights & 3 days for two different Locations

3) i Have booked on the month of August for first time from Munnar for 2 Nights & Ooty for 2 Nights.

4) But they have not booked for the same & giving so many reasons from that day to till date i have booked so many places but they have not resopnding the same, i tried to call also they have not responding properly.

please go through the Mail Conversation between them.

I dont want to book any more ,kindly refund my deposit amount of Rs. 5999/- & Rs. 550/- immediatly other wse i will take serious action about your company.

As discussed over phone today, I am expecting a reply from you and your " booking team" by tomorrw 2.00 pm. If i dont get a reply on booking confirmation for Royal Goan Beach Club Goa on 12/ 04/2013 i need my REFUND Back. I hope this is taken seriously or else the recording clip will go to the media wihtout fail. I will ensure you guys are behind bars .

Your form does not confirm to the TnC.

To assist you,We are sending you fresh e booking form for February ( except Goa) or March ..Kindly fill the form according to the TnC of the package(i.e,with two different destination (Not resort name) and two different date with the gap of 7 days in each interval along with the prior notice of minimum 30 days from the booking date and send it through email so that we will check and assist you accordingly.

For dates after March month, the reservation chart has not yet come .For dates after March , request you to send/ resend the form before 45 days of requested dates so that we will share you with the availability options .

Guidance: How to fill the Booking Form

Please mention your Booking Id on the form i.e. your Membership ID.
Provide all your details i.e. Name, address, contact details, email address.
Write down the number of dependents i.e. no. of person traveling excluding you.
Please provide with two different dates and destination.
Please note: fill the column according to your priority. We always try to book the customer on their first preferred travel date and destination.
Please ensure that there is a minimum of 4-7 night’s difference between the 1st and the 2nd date .
Please provide two different destinations not the resorts / resort name.
Please ensure that the first preferred date chosen by you is at least 30 days away from the date your are sending the booking form i.e. a minimum of 30 days advance booking is required for any booking. E.g. if your 1st preferred date in the booking form is 18th April, then your booking form should be sent to us on or before 18th March.
Please don’t forget to put down your signature in the booking form

Important Note

Booking form is rejected under the following circumstances.

Two dates and two destinations not provided.
30 days minimum notice not given.
Difference of 7 night’s not given between the dates mentioned by you in the booking form.
Customer who booked the package not traveling.
In case of group booking.(In case you fill up/ request more than one voucher for same dates & destinations, even in the same name, the forms will be treated as group booking & will be rejected.)
Total no of person traveling exceeding 4 (package is for four adults only).
If any of the check-in date or check-out date is within the blackout period i.e. 20 Dec – 7 Jan.
Checkout Date outside the package validity i.e. if you purchase the package on 30 September, 2010 then you should redeem the package / or get your vacation / holiday at resort before 29 September, 2011.
