[Resolved]  Bag It Today — DEDUCTED 12,000 RS from account

My name is Jerrin . Last week my dad (M.John mohan Raj ) did online shopping in BAG IT TODAY. The site had an advertisement in irctc website.
The cost of the product ( shoe ) is rs.1000. But 12000 rupees was deducted additionaly from the account stating there is a combo offer for diamond necklace. We never agreed to that offer and without our permission rupess 12,000 was deducted additionally.

I have spoken to a guy called Neeraj , but no response from his side.
