Bag It Today, India Today Group — Goods Not Delivered | |||
I had placed an order on 25 May 2010 for a 1 year subscription of India today magazine and was suppose to receive a free gift of DVD player and a Reebok watch. But till now I havnt received the product. When ever I call customer care they give me lame excuses that, the order is not reflected in their system. But they have already deducted the amount from my account. One customer care spokesperson confirmed, that the order has been processed but another spokesperson says that the payment is not confirmed and had asked me to send my account statement. Dear sir,
I received one set of books after paying an amout Rs.470, this entitles me for the final round of prizes(Bag It Today), 10 days back.So far no E-mail has come regarding this.Before paying for the books, I was getting E-Mails on daily basis for the same.
Pl.do the action at ur earliest.
