[Resolved] Bag It Today (India Today Group) — PAYMENT DONE ONLINE DELIVERY NOT RECEIVED | |||
I hv orderd a a mobile handset on 31st of Dec 2011 on BAG IT TODAY ( INDIA TODAY GROUP) website and made the payment through my credit card with the order id TRNPL/DLI/[protected]/465989. I got a confirmation mail from their side that I will receive the parcel with in next 4-5 days. But still as of 27.02.2012 I hv nt got my parcel despite my repeated calls mails to them they are not showing any interest in my case and just assuring me of getting my parcel soon. Pls help. Hope thv a favorable response from ur side. Here is a copy of that mail I am attaching. Dear ABUL BASHAR This is an email to make you aware of the dispatch of your order made with Bag It Today.
