Bag It Today / Provogue Watch — The delivered product is not working

I Ordered for a Provogue watch on 3rd of Aug 11,

I received the courier on 23rd of Aug 11. The products are not of worth as promised to me and when i opened up the courier i was shocked to know that the watch was not in working condition. This is ridiculous and not expected from such a brand name at all.
