BagItToday Complaint — Not delivering product after full payment | |
I am writing this with great disappointment with the kind of service provided by Bagittoday.
I have placed above mentioned Order on your website on 6 August 2013.
As per status in website status showing “Out for shipment” since 7th August 2013.
I have send 2 mails till now for which I have not received any response.
Also I have called up Customer care for the same issue and registered my complaints.
Following are details.
First complaint was made on 18 Aug 2013 and reference number given to me is – 72085
Second complain was made on 19 August which was recorded by Mr. Shekhar and reference no is 1228544.
Third complaint was made on 21 August which is recorded by Mr. Manish and reference number is 1229991.
I am now running out of patience and losing my hope on this website and hosting company.
Please help me get my refund from this company.
I am attching oeder related prrof which is snapshots taken from their website.

BagItToday Complaint — product is not deliver yet, i was post my order 25th May 2010 my order number 0GA100014967
I have placed an order with Bag it today in 25 May 2010. The details are:2 Reebok Watch with One Reebok sun glass.
Order No:- 0GA[protected] Order Value:- 1198 Billing ID:[protected] Billing Date:[protected]
I called them up after 1 Month to inquire the status. they said that we dispatch order on 31st May 2010. but i am not received yet , I have the mail from them stating that. like.....

i also attaching print screen shot of payment received by them.
" i got coments mentioned that " express it courier under the consignment no # E[protected] ".
but i am not able to recieve the consignment till now, and then i contact to customer care Bag it today. so they said that order is return back to tham so now we are tryingto resend it after some day, but i didn't have further any update . i want some quick responce on that pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.
i really give enough time to process it. please sent me my gift earlist as possible.
can you please update me for my order sending detail again....
