Dear Mr.Sonu Kumar, Thanks for giving me the reply. First of all there is no co-ordination between your own staff. On May1st 2001, i received email from Mohit Gupta, Executive customer service, Bagittoday, stating that "However, at the same time we would like to inform you that there are some internal formalities which we have to follow to arrange for the refund which might take 10-15 working days time for the processing of the refund. Hope you shall bear with us in the interim." Again on May 3rd i got email from Swatantra Jha Executive customer service Bagittoday, stating that "However, at the same time we would like to inform you that there are some internal formalities which we have to follow to arrange for the refund which might take 21 days time for the processing of the refund. Hope you shall bear with us in the interim." THERE IS NO CLARITY FROM YOUR COLLEAGUES THAT IN HOW MANY DAYS YOU WILL RETURN MY AMOUNT. One will says 10-15 days, the second says 21 days. I dont know how long you will FOOL THE CUSTOMERS and Play with their Hard Earned Amounts. MOREOVER, I HAVE PAID THE AMOUNT THRU CREDIT CARD, WHO WILL PAY THE INTEREST FOR ALL THESE DAYS. ONE MORE FACT IS THAT I RECEIVED A PARCEL FROM BAGITTODAY ON 3RD MAY & I PAID RS.599( WHICH YOU HAVE SEND ME CHEAP QUALITY JEWELERY KIT) FOR ORDER NO.[protected], INVOICE NO.TRNPL/DLI/[protected]/41321 INVOICE DATE :[protected] & ORDER DATE :[protected]. SO HOW CAN YOU SAY THAT MY AREA IS UNDER NON-SERVICEABLE AREA WHEN I RECEIVED THE PARCEL. Apart from that on APRIL 16TH also i provided you the Alternate Address to send the MOBILE. Even for that also I got a Negative Response from your side and could not DELIVERED THE PRODUCT. I DONT KNOW STILL HOW MANY DAYS YOU WILL PROLONG THE ISSUE LIKE THIS AND PUTTING ME IN VERY EMBARRASSING SITUATION. Thank You Mr.Sonu Kumar for Refunding my Amount which i paid to your Organisation on 18th March 2011 and you credited the amount on 9th May. so the Amount was heldup with you for more than 50 days. You have not added any interest for this period. The sad thing is I have received one parcel from BAGITTODAY(YOU ARE SAYING THAT MY AREA IS UNDER NON-SERVICEABLE AREA, THEN HOW CAN YOU SEND THE PARCEL TO MY PRESENT ADDRESS?) and i paid Rs.630/- cash to received CHEAP QUALITY JEWELLERY KIT WHICH IS NOT EVEN WORTH 100 RUPEES. SO I DECIDED NOT TO DEAL WITH BAGITTODAY AT ANY COST FURTHER & I AM VERY SORRY TO SAY THAT THIS IS MY LAST & FINAL TRANSACTION. GOOD BYE. K.S.SIVA KUMAR
