[Resolved]  Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Company Ltd — Fraud of Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance (policy # [protected]) & Harassment of Old couple by insurance company employees

I want to draw your attention towards fault of Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Company Ltd. and its employee for harassing and cheating old senior citizen couple.
I am writing this letter on behalf of my Mother Mrs. Shobha Sahay, 57 year old Bajaj Allianz policy holder.

Policy Details:
Policy Number: [protected] (Bajaj Allianz Unit Gain Easy Pension plus)
Name: Mrs Shobha Sahay
DOB: 2nd March, 1953
Policy Commencement date: 9th June, 2006

After completion of 4 years of policy Mrs. Shobha Sahay contacted Insurance Company (call centre) for withdrawal as per current NAV, as policy locking period is of 3 years, on dated 22nd July-2010.
Insurance company call centre provided detail of policy to her (Mrs Shobha Sahay) in which they said only two premium were paid (i.e. Rs 1,00,000), so she will get current fund value as per investment of Rs 1,00,000 and that is around Rs 1,17,000 (approx).

She (Mrs Shobha Sahay) inquired about unpaid premium, than customer care told her that they will give details after inquiry.
After 10 days dated 4th Aug-2010, Customer care of Bajaj Allianz Insurance contacted her and told her if she will pay Rs. 50,000 now, they will give current fund value as per Rs 1,50,000 (investment amount) i.e. at that time were Rs 1,97,000. She asked about her cheque than they said Bajaj Allianz, Pune head office will able to give you details and given contact number of Mr Amit Mehta, Team Leader (Pune).

She contacted Mr Amit Mehta, but Mr Amit not responded her gently, even that guy not thought of her age & gender, shouted on her very bad like she did crime of being insurance holder of Bajaj Allianz life Insurance company and told her to contact Ms Sweta Singh of Bajaj Allianz life insurance, Ranchi branch.

Mr & Mrs Sahay contacted Ms Sweta Singh to Ranchi branch, than she miss-guided them and gave new story, she told her (Mrs Shobha Sahay) cheque (# 0219566 issued in June-2006) got bounced from bank on 26th July-2010. But again she (Mrs shobha Sahay) questioned Ms Sweta, “Why Bajaj Allianz produced cheque to bank after 4 years of issued”. (As per RBI, issued cheque valid only for 6 month) Then she (Ms Sweta Singh) said it was Bank of India fault as they took 4 year to disowner cheque.

Mr Binod Rajan Sahay (husband of Mrs Shobha Sahay) took in writing from Chief Manager, Bank of India that cheque # 0219566 was never produced to bank for clearing.

In span of one month Bajaj Allianz Insurance company and their employees “ Ms Sweta Singh” , Mr Vishal (Customer care, Pune), Mr Harendra, Mr Amit Mehta harassed old senior citizen couple so badly, that they were agree to take back their principal amount Rs 1,00,000 only after investment of 4 years.

Dated 4th Aug-2010, Mrs Shobha Sahay, sent all details (in hard copy) to Bajaj Allianz head office (customer care desk), Pune; to Bajaj Allianz Ranchi Branch & to Vigilance department Bajaj Allianz life Insurance, but no one responded.

I (Praveen Sahay) being away from my parent inquired insurance company about this policy in first week of August-2010, customer care took time to respond in 48 hours.
They informed me, Mrs Shobha Sahay invested only Rs 1,00,000, so she will get current fund value as per invested amount.

On 12th August-2010, Mr & Mrs Sahay submitted all document to Ranchi branch to Ms Sweta Singh for withdrawal, she insured of return amount would be as per current NAV.

On 13th August-2010 in evening around 7:00 PM, I (Praveen) got a call from Mr Vishal and he informed me that Mrs Shobha Sahay will get only Rs 1,00,000 as she has not deposited full premium.

On 14th August-2010, I (Praveen) tried to contact Mr Vishal 5 times but every time he was out of his seat. In evening, when I catch Mr Manish (customer care Manager) and told whole story, Mr Manish conference me with Mr Vishal and Mr Vishal, as he harassed my parents, again did to me.

Queries:

• Who is liable to all these financial loss of Mrs Shobha Sahay?
Bajaj Allianz life insurance is liable for their employee’s misbehaviour & misleading insurance holder?
• When Mrs Shobha Sahay will get her missing cheque # 0219566?
• Do I expect any repose from our governing body and Bajaj allianz life insurance company?

• Mrs Shobha Sahay need complete interest amount on her invested Rs 1,00,000 for four years from Insurance company.

• Employees like Mr Amit, Ms Sweta, Mr Vishal will get any punishment and take any lesson from here?

bajaj allianz insurance company limited — Policy not received its 5 month to buy

I have a bajaj allinze motor insurence policy for my Bike on 06 june 2011.
This policy i have got from bajaj agent, agent contact no.[protected] i have already told him a lots of time but he didn't reply.
i request to bajaj allinz company to send me my insurence policy ( cover not no. is-MC[protected]).

insurance industry ki sabse ghatiya company hai bajaj allianz life ins., , yahan sirf customers ka hi nhi female employees ka bhi harrashment kiya jata h
and jodhpur branch is on no.1
all are here
jodhpur branch se sare customers angry hai hamara bus chale toh branch ko ukhad fenke.yahan ke managers jo ki branch manager bante hai
divisional head bante hai unhe apni female employees se baat tak karne ki tamij nhi h...i dont know how they tolerate all these harrashments.

My Dad, subscribed for Bajaj Allianz unit Gain policy 2006.per premium Rs 5000, he paid three years total amount Rs 30000.as policy locking period is 3 years in 2010. He is not felling well now, I called customs care (Bajaj Allianz), Insurance company call centre provided detail of policy current fund value Rs12500.

[protected] =Rs17500 loss + no interest.

Who is liable to all these financial loss of Mr Ramasamy
Do I expect any response from our governing body and Bajaj allianz life insurance company?

The complaint is closed my Umesh after sending a mail which doesn't makes any sense.

I am continuously trying to reach him, but as usual no response.
