[Resolved] Bajaj Auto Finance Co Ltd — Defaulter Status in CIBIL against closed loan in 2001 | |
I have availed a Two Wheeler loan in year-2000 from Baja Auto Finance to buy Bajaj Caliber Two wheeler. I have foreclosed the loan in year-2001 itself by paying all the dues. Subsequently, I got hypothication cancellation certificate also and got the same endorsed with RTO, Chennai in the RC book of Two Wheeler. However, while applying for a housing loan with one of the banks, I came to know, Bajaj Auto finance has put my name and records with un-paid due payments (For Rs.3, 194/-) under defaulter status. Because of this, Bank is not ready to give Housing loan. Iam Purchaging Plusar 150cc D-TSI On 30/10/2007 When I Driver Fist 17, 000 kms Yhe Cylender Will Be Break, After Again 25, 000 Kms the Problem Is Same, in the middle Of 17, 000 Kms to 25, 000 kms Sillncer will be Changer. When I Drive First 15, 000 Kms I Feel Very Happy. After I Din't Get Happy to drive Because So Many Problems. Below Parts I am Changing In 14 Months So Items Are Changed Warrtny Period.
Chnging Items:-
1. Cylinder piston, cam chain. (2 times)
2. Silncer.
3. Blanceing Wheels (Plastic Wheels in side of Engin) 2 time
NOTE-: (Old Plusar System is Very Good) iron Wheels)
4. Back Bearing First 6 Months.
Problem Of This Bike (Genreal)
1. In Night When We On the Hi Pass Light The Blue Indictor Will Reflect in our Face we can't see
the in front the long image.
2. Back side the Magar is very vibrating when we runing the bike.
3. speedo Meter so Many Probelms (we ca'nt Explain.
4, self start cutout probels( when we start the bkie will be straed after 0.5 kms automatically the
bike will stoped. after ten minutes again the self start is started.
so please change the quilty of the metrial. I can't Satsify the Bike,
