HCL- LEAPTOP — EMI CHEQUES NOT DEPOSTIED

I HAVE PURCHASED HCL LEAPTOP FROM COMP-ACT, PUNE ON HIRE PURCHASE SCHEME IN THE MONTH OF APRIL 2008 . Sub: Regd NOC for Bike No: TN-43-B-2468, Proposal No: 29864

I would like to inform that I’ve purchased a new Bajaj CT 100 bike at Coonoor Bajaj showroom and availed financial assistance through hire purchase from your finance company during August 2005. I had given PDC’s for 36 months. Unfortunately the first instalment cheque itself was not presented from your office to my bank and later I received a legal notice from your advocate that the cheque was dishonoured. Though I replied to your notice there was no reply from your end, and I made arrangements to pay the first instalment by cash.

Later also the PDC’s were not presented regularly from your office and I was requested on a couple of occasions to pay by cash and I paid. When asked, the reason was given that there were no competent persons available in accounts at your Coimbatore office.

When the complete instalment payments were over, I had gone to your Coimbatore office to collect my bike RC book and apply for the No Objection Certificate. I was told that I need to make two more EMI payments for which of those particular cheques were not presented. I paid and collected a final receipt which I had attached for your reference. Only after I received the receipt, I was handed over the RC book on 13.09.2008 and I was promised that I would receive my NOC in a maximum of 30 to 40 days time.

But I regret to inform that even after eight months of receiving my RC book I’m still waiting patiently to receive the NOC for my bike. Right now I’m settled in Bangalore, inspite of that I went personally to your coimbatore office atleast 4 to 5 times from all the way from Bangalore and my representative from Coonoor also went to your Coimbatore office close to 10 times. Everytime the reason given by your staff is false promise and irresponsible answers. They are also pretty rude at times; do not know how to communicate with the customer. Everytime when asked a new person handle this case and when try contacting the same person at a later date, I was informed that person was no more available in that office. Another person goes through the file and later asked he or she also got some reasons to say. Whenever I tried calling the landline nos, nobody is bothered to attend the call, it keeps on ringing. I had already submitted copies of my complete bank statements for the payments made for verification.

Even after making the complete payments for EMI, Insurance etc. Still they keep insisting that I need to pay EMI’s and insurance. I do not understand how could they release my bike’s RC book if I had not completed my due’s and keep on insisting to pay for the payment which has been already made and unnecessarily delaying the NOC.

I request you to kindly look into this matter very seriously and make arrangements to provide the NOC since I’m still unable to sell my bike without NOC.

Your immediate action in this regard would be highly appreciated.

Bajaj Auto Finance Ltd — Un-necessary Penalty Charges

I (Satyveer Gupta) purchased a Bajaj Pulsar 150 cc bike on January 1st 2006 fincanced by Bajaj Finance. And as per the agreement I was supposed to make a payment for my installment through Post Dated Cheques on 15th of every month. The very first installment for the month of February 2006 was never debited from Bank Account. Because of which Bajaj Finance agent collected cash from me in March 2006 and he told me that they were facing some issues with bank because of which they were unable to withdraw money from my account. And now when I'm requesting them to issue me No Objection Certificate(NOC) after completion of all my dues, they said that I have Penalty Charges for Rs. 500/- on my account because installment for February 2006 was dishonoured. However, I had sufficient balance for the installment due in February 2006 and now I have submitted all my documents stating that my account hold sufficient Balance in my bankaccount, still they are delaying in issuing me NOC.
Moreover the Loan Statement (Proposal# 130878) generated by Bajaj Finance states that cheque for February 2006 was presented to my bank on February 6th 2006 and cheque was returned on February 13th 2006, but my installment was due on 15th of every month. This kind of transactions reflects the unethical and casual attitude of the company.

I Have a personal loan from HDFC bank of rs 5.5 lakhs. my EMI is didacted from ICICI Bank Threw ECS

This is to bring in your kind information that I, Mohd. Faisal, am willing to proceed with a legal case of fraud against you in consumer Forum, regarding the matter of extra money charged by you via fraud.
I, Mohd. Faisal (Lucknow)have taken a consumer Loan reference No 96883 on 20/12/07 of amount Rs. 13390/-.I have issued cheque no 487856(Punjab National Bank)to 487860 in this regard to the company. My last EMI was due on July 2008. I have already deposited the cheque for. The Cheque was not processed from your end and I was contacted by your company personals via phone on regular basis regarding the payment of my lapsed EMI by cash.
In Course of the mental harassment and trauma that I had to go through during this period because of the unscheduled calls by the company personals, I decided to pay in cash. My proposal no is 163298, KA-02 EY 7674. I've cleared the loan by paying 18 installments.It has got cleared in the month of Sept 2008. Neithr I received any NOC document nor call. I wandered several times. Nothing worked out. The staff just turn the deaf ears to the repeated requests. The brannch manager / customer care exec are never available when you visit!!! Calls are not attended!!!
Is there any Shaktiman or Yuktiman who can save us from the torture at this place?

Concerned officials plz do something!!!

I wait for one week but I have not received NOC, so I call them for dispatch details, for dispactch detail they have created new requiest ID No. A0113228, I again wait for few days. after that I regulary call them after couple of days, every time they repeated same answer that we don't have dispatch detail, somebody call you within 24 hr. but till date I Neithr received any NOC document nor call. The staff just turn the deaf ears to the repeated requests.

I had purchased Bajaj Pulsar - 150 registration no. UP 32, CJ 4551 in March 2008 with Pushpa sales Alambagh with your auto finance scheme and repayment was fixed in only 23 installments through ECS.
This payment had been made through Central Bank of India, Manak Nagar Lucknow from 15.04.2008 to 15.03.2010 which becomes 24 installments instead of 23 .This additional amount i.e. Rs 2135.00 may return back to my account immiediately please.

I have today visited Samsung Digital Plaza, Bistupur, Jamshedpur to buy 230 ltr. freeze. The retailer
involved your Mr.Abinash Singh for hire purchase.He has taken all the necessary documents and initial
down payment of Rs.4000/- against a total of Rs.14000/-.The balance Rs.10000/- to be deducted monthly from my SBI savings account no.[protected]-2. And I have also handed over 2 chaques of SBI for ECS clearing.
After an hour, your mr.Singh just caled me in my cell no.[protected] and informed that my Application has been rejected due to a bounce of chaque. My objection is he has not bothered even to know the details of the reason of bounce and when it was occured.
In this regard, I like to inform you that I have only one loan at this moment and that to even house building loan with LIC Housing finance Ltd which is for 13 years.
I request you to contact the local LICHFL office and inquire about my credibility. In realiry as the period is so long there may be a chance of bouncing a chaque for lot of reasons which can be ignored or properly inquired.Even I am also unable to remember anything like this.
In connection with the above, will you please furnish the details of chaque which has been bounced as claimed by your official.
I am really very hurt about the way your official has talked to me as if I have done a criminal offence.
