[Resolved] Bajaj Discover 150 — SUPPLY OF FAULTY BAJAJ DISCOVER 150CC | |||
I have purchased Bajaj Discover 150 cc on 16/07/2012 with Engine No. JZUBUC35722 and Chassis No. MD2DSJZZZUPC22072 from HIND MOTORS SCO 42 PHASE 2 MOHALI. After 4 months it was giving me trouble and Its Piston set along with Chain set was replaced on 23/11/2011. On 1/12/2012 I went to get the service of my vehicle done from Hind Motors. I was shocked because I had got a call from the service center that the Piston has to be replaced and they demanded Rs 7000/- for that. I do not want to Repair my vehicle. I want replacement/Refund for the same because they had given me the defective vehicle. I will file a case in the consumer forum for cheating. Sir,I have purchased discover 150(kl 23 c.5459) it is also tottaly complaint,(disk break and battery)my bike complaint started 1800km to till time. more than time am going to service center.but i don't satisfied our service, please solve the problem and help.
