DEAR SIRS, I HAD PURCHASED A WALL MOUNTING FAN OF BAJAJ ELECTRICALS UNDER A TOW YEAR GAURANTEE ...ITS ALMOST A YEAR NOW AND I AM ON A REGULAR BASIS FACING PROBLEMS WITH FAN...EVERY TIME I COMPLAINT, THE COMAPNY TAKES 8-10 DAYS TO RESPOND..THE SERVICE ENG COMES, REPAIRS THE FAULT, AND AFTER SOME DAYS THE FAN AGAIN STOPS WORKING..THE LATEST COMPLAINT I HAVE LOGGED ON 6 TH JUNE AND TILL DATE MY PROBLEM HAS NOT BEEN SOLVED...KINDLY LET ME KNOW HOW TO TACKLE THIS ISSUE... I had purchased wall mounting fan and its nearly 1 and half year now. I also facing same problem from last 6 to 7 month. when i call service, they cant come to home. We have to take to their and wait 2 to 3 days and again with in 2 to 3 month fan not working. can anyone help me?
