This is to bring to your kind notice that the above mentioned loan account
is not yet closed in the system because there was additional EMI debited

from my bank account of Rs 1969/-

I spoke to Mr. Parshuram few months back regarding this and was assured of
timely action that would be taken and I would be refunded the money, Now
while I logged in the account I am able to see a -1969/- amount in my
account that is supposed to be credited to my bank account
Also complaint section on the
internet is not accepting my request neither Toll free number

recognizes my customer Id.
