[Resolved] Bajaj Finance Ltd — rude behaviour | |
Dear Sir, Last night on Samsung Plaza i have plane to buy LCD TV through bajaj finance but the guy on the samsung plaza shivranjani cross road has no interst to sell LCD through finance. i have talk with him very politly but he became very angry and was tell that do what ever you want i will not give you finance and use much bad words that i cant write here, i feel very bad he has spoken very bad word with me in front of whole show room. please do some needful again him or take neccesery action. I have finance a Motor Bike from Bajaj Finance before three year, and I have paid full & final payment to Mr. Tejinder Singh against Rt. No. AF[protected] & AF 10722009 Rs. 3898/- & 2799/- respectively. Today on dt. 22.12.2009 I make a call at your office regarding my NOC, and ask about my NOC but no one can give me suitable answer, and use very rude behave, So, You are requested to send my NOC. And I am giving a suggestion to learn your employee how to behave a customer. Please Please send my NOC Immidiately,
