dear all, i hade financed a hcl computer from bajaj finance.The payment of installments had completed on Feb 2008 without any cheque bounce.But when i asked for my clearence invoice, they say that papers are displaced and they have to search for it.Some Mr Padhee even says that 'dont disturb me further'. I am from Sambalpur, Orissa. my cellno is [protected] i am thinking of going to the consumer protection court if my requests are not adhered to within 10 days Was this information helpful? I am Rohit Pipalia from mumbai.
I broght a bike on finance with Bajaj finance in november 2008.
My Agreement number is:[protected] which is mantion in my payment statment.
I wants to clear my full loan any how, I try to contact Bajaj finance executive many times but they do not give me clear reply,
Can any body tell me that how can i clear my full loan by deposit all the balance EMI????
I wants to know more from Bajaj exeutive or any Authorised person.

I have only the option is Consumer court.
