With reference to your post, we wish to inform you that we are in process of retrieving the scanned copy file for the said loan to verify the email ID given in the application.
There could be a possibility of a error either during filling the form by the actual customer or during data entry which we will verify and rectify . You will appreciate that even a dot (.) or a underscore (_) can change the email ID of the individual . If the email ID is wrongly captured we will delete the same from our records.
Having said that we request you not to worry as this will have no impact on any financial transaction etc . We appreciate you highlighting this to us .
You shall hear from us from [protected]@bajajfinserv.in in the next 4-5 working days confirming the action taken .
