Respected Sir / Madam, This is to inform you that i had applied for Personal Loan of Rs. 70,000 which was pre-approved from Bajaj finserv Lending. I have given four blank cheques for ECS with my complete documents and verification has also been done. They said that your amount would be disburse within 2 days after verification, but they have cheated me by not disbursing the amount which was pre-approved. Every day i had to call their executive or manager to ask about my status, why the amount is not disburse. When i called their manager of thane branch Mr. Sandeep to know about my status or why the loan amount is not disburse, he puts my call on hold or disconnects my line. Sir is this the way to treat with the customer. I think for completing year end / month end target they collected my documents very quickly and then started to ignore.
