[Resolved] Bajaj Finserv — Miss-selling of personal loan | |||
Dear sir I want to inform you that i had taken a personal loan from bajaj finserv, During the call process the executive had told me the loan would be calculated at 20% interest reducing and that they would also give one year life insurance but nither did i get any detailed paper or proof of life insurance l but a mail with basic details and a login detail. When i logged into my bajaj finserv account to check loan details i was shocked to see the interest rate was 35% flat and they had cut processing fee and life insurance charges without giving me any paper proof.I have since applied to close the loan after only 2 month as the company is a big cheat and miss sells its product.
