[Resolved] Bajaj Gas Geyser — Defective gas geyser | |||
I have purchased gas geyser in the month of February 2012 from you and same was installed by your company. Since, the beginning the said gas geyser is not working well. Many complaints bearing nos. 1033223 dated 29/02/2012,1040325 dated 02/03/2012,53228 dt. 18/04/2012 669893 dt 28/10/2012 & last complaint no.2097489 dated 14/01/2013 have already been lodged at the customer care service center in this regard. The technical person visited to our residence, but, he is not able to short out the problem. The said geyser is under warranty period. If the geyser is unrepairable, exchange the same or otherwise return the cost of the geyser paid to you as early as possible.I think that you do not want solve the problem of the consumer which is very bad on your part.
