SUBJECT: REGARDING NOT REPLACING MX2 BAJAJ COMPANYAND NO REPLY ABOUT OUR COMPLAIN FROM BAJAJ SERVICE CENTER.
SIR,
I M.Z.BHUTTO ,F-427,Gali no. 11,Bhagirathi vihar Delhi-110094 buy a iron model no.MX2 make Bajaj company on dated 27/08/2011 from1853,Bhagirath palace Chandni chowk Delhi110006.now my iron is not working i complained 2 times but still they are saying i will solve the problem my complain no.in service center is 2389331.45 days before from Hitech service center person mobile no is [protected] ,[protected] told me within 2 days i will solved your problem but still they cannot solve my problem.iron is under 2 years guarantee period.before this complained i called him many times since last 20 days.please solve my problem and help me.just I talk to hitech service center person mr.sanjeev and mr.Abhishek he promised me I will send you mechanic within 2 days but still they do not come any person and no reply.
Therefore I requesting to you please help me for replacing this iron or solve my problem.
