[Resolved]  Bank Of Baroda — Net Banking

Hi All,

I am a Bank of baroda's SB A/C holder. While logging-in for netbanking, they ask to install JAVA on your machine with COMPLETE ACCESS TO ALL YOUR FILES & NETSURFING SITES. I mailed them (IT Dept, GM-Ops) to clarify "Why one should allow access to them to all his files & netsurfing sites, which is breach of ones privacy and even may result in frauds"; none of them replies. All o[censored]s know that none other bank demands this for using netbanking facility on their website. Can anyone--BOB officer,IT Person,BOB A/C holder using this facility; clarify this point. If none has taken notice of this requirement, we should ask the bank to discontinue this requirement.

Will any officer of BOB will clarify/justify this???

i have made a registration with Bank of Baroda new upgradation of net banking service. however when i sing in and enter sign on password, the message shows " No response received". i can not understand why this message display eventhough i have enter correct ID and password. i have made call at call center so many time but the excecutives are alwasy busy with another person. from last three days i could not excess the net banking facility. i have contacted bank branch and they have given me Mumbai's landline number to contact. where no body receive my call when i call. if anybody can help than plz.

I was told by bank that user ID is sent through post.

i have current a/c in yur bank pali branch (rajasthan) i have racaived my password 30 days before but yet has not been activated . i all ready sent complains 4-5 times earlier but there is no response. I Complained so many times in Bank of baroda regarding net banking but I am sorry to inform you my problem not solved till date.My account no.[protected] of Pallavpuram Branch Meerut. service of Bank is very poor
Sub : Unable to log-in for netbanking

I have a Saving bank account in Bank of Baroda. I am Unable to log-in for net-banking. The ‘log-in’ page displays that
"The User is Already Disabled For transaction". I complained the concerned branch about this a number of times.

On filing e-complain, the response of "Baroda Connect Operation Team" was :
"Please advise customer to contact on TOLL FREE NO[protected] or[protected] for A/C Inquiry, Debit Card Issues, Baroda Connect Problems, Cheque Book Issue, Stop Payment and other Queries ( 8 AM to 8 PM).

As per their reply, I contacted the toll free number where, the customer care executive said that my account will be activated by concerned branch only. The Branch officers say that they can not do any thing only head office can activate my account.
More than 2 years have passed in contacting and e-mailing branch and Head office, but still nothing has been done.

i am having saving account in bob sola road ahmedabad.i have got password and user id for net banking first time.i tried for login but unable to access my account.message coming invalid user id or password.i tried for 5 times butunable to access. i approach to branch of bob but not gtg proper coordination. he told me u will get answer after one week. i surprise by this answer.anyway i tried on net for complaint and i lodge complaint here.pl help me.
I have spent the entire morning on the net trying to get to my account only to be frustrated.

The system keeps asking me for my mobile number (outside India the number is as I live in UK) but it does not send me an OTP. When I request an OTP via sms as per your instructions it does not accept it? so what am I suppose to do. It simple keeps asking for phone number then OTP and back in circles.

can you please resolve such issues as I can see that many people are struggling. With foreign banks moving thir IT to India, an indian bank should not have such major issues with their IT
Pain to use net banmking
Yes friends Internet banking with bank of baroda is a pain in a** I would have given it 0 stars for the troubles it has given me, If there was such an option available here.

I had " No response received" problem while accessing my account online.
I updated java but still " No response received".

The solution for " No response received" is to update java and use Internet Explorer (Earlier I was using mozilla and it was working fine too...but now its not working).
It worked that way.IE sucks but for some reason BoB wants you to use only internet explorer.
net banking form are not available in your branch, - bank of baroda, sumerpur pali rajasthan.

i have been using saving account of bank of Baroda since 2013.i have got user id and password for my net banking but last 3 years i have used mob banking for trans-section and other.so i forgot my user id and password.after than i got user id by using forgot password of net banking at bank of Baroda.when i type my user id it shows invalid.i have contacted with my branch they did not responded to me.pls help me to get clear.
net banking facility erratic last few hours today.
while including a beneficiary in third party account I am not getting the track code on my mobile.
While doing this I found all my third party account vanished from the screen.
trying to contact on your consumer toll free number it is continuously last 3-4 hours coming busy call later.
kindly look into the problems bob management.
I am continuously getting message "BANKWAY APPLICATION ERROR" Trying to transfer the funds to my loan account. If succeeded in logging in, after clicking "Transfer Funds" tab "Application Security Error" occurs. Spent almost half of the day in this process. Its really frustrating.
