Subject - Regarding the Gross misbehaviour of Mr. Ramesh Chand Rathi (Employee), Bank of India, Bulandshahr.
Sir,
I, myself and my family members are the coustomer of your esteemed bank for the last 34 years. At present appox. Rs. are diposited in saving and F.Ds with your bank.
In the account no. [protected] (Saving Plus), your bank has deducted T.D.S. on interest Rs. 3870/- in the financial year 2010-11 and issued me form 16. Accordingly, I claimed the said T.D.S. and filed the Income Tax return but income tax department has rejected the said claim as this amount has not been shown in my form 26AS (Income Tax).
On 31 Aug, 2012 in your presence, I complained verbaly to Mr. Ramesh Chand Rathi and requested him to make correction in T.D.S. return. I also gave him photocopy of form16 (issued by the bank). Mr. Rathi assured me to make correction with in 3 days, but to my surprise the correction was not made till date. Today, on 4 Sep., 2012 at 10.15 am, I met Mr. Rathi, but he misbehave with me and said -
"What is your matter ?"
"Why you come so soon in early morning"
I told him, it means that I have to repeat the whole story again ? Mr. Rathi shouted at me -
"You have to told, If I ask 12 times you have to told 12 times"
"Now go from here, come here morning to disturb my mind"
Sir, I have not seen such type of bad behaviour by any employee of bank for the last 34 years. Please save your "CAPITAL OF RELATIONS". Every victim of Mr. Rathi may not complaint you in writting. Take necessary action against Mr. Ramesh Chand Rathi and inform me accordingly. Expecting a prompt action from you.
Thanking You.
