[Resolved] Bank Of India — Net Banking for BOI is not works for me | |||||
Hello Sir/Madam, I am Rupal javiya, customer of Bank of india (Naroda branch).As I want I opened net banking account with Bank of India. It was initially working fine but suddenly stopped staretd working and giving me application error as shown in attached screen shot. I tried to contact to boi.[protected]@bankofindia.co.in and call us at[protected] but both seems not reachable. Also I went to my branch 5-6 times but no luck still, people at branch saying my net banking account display status "Active" so they cant do anything as the dont have access or cant access my password. Now I forget my password but Forget password functionality https://starconnectcbs.bankofindia.com/BankAwayRetail/%28S%282uojuuvr1eznmg55k1o...⇄ is not working even. I dont know what to do now,can anybody help me to recover password or else delete and recreate new account for me so I can use it again.
