Dear Sir/Mam,
I have lost my atm card 2 mths back & i applied in rajendra nagar branch of bank of india 0n 22/10/12 but till today i have not received my new atm card. I have contacted 2-3 times in branch bank & i was told that i will receive in few days.but no result.i m a student & lives out of my hometown & i am facing diifculty in the absence of atm card.kindly look after the matter & do needful as soon as possible.My a/c no.-[protected].

Bank — not received ATM card

Myself is Harish chandra A/C no is [protected] in AXIS bank of GK-1 New delhi i have submitted the ATM form 2- times in Vikaspuri branch first time they told me that they destroy the ATM card but again i submitted the ATM form 20-days back but i dont get the ATM now. Pls help.........
