[Resolved]  Bank Of India, Rajapalayam — NOT PAY DISABILITY PENSION

I wrote so many letter to bank and higher official but they are not at all responding .please take needful step Thanking you

SUB: Regarding error in my (Disability) pension account, A/C No 4564(SB)
Respected Sir,
I am ex-service man from Army Medical Coprs retired on 01.01.2000. My service pension PPO no S / 048524 / 99 Dated 08.12.1999 and also drawing the Disability Pension PPO no D/ RA/ 8026/2004 at the rate of 20% for the life.(basic service pension Rs 1592/month and disability pension Rs 775/month)
As per your current statement my net entitle is
Service basic pension wef 01/07/2009 Rs 5038.00
Disability basic pension as per5th cpc Rs 775.00
DA @ 51% Rs 2964.63
Medical allowance per month Rs 300.00
Total entitle Rs 9078.00
Commutation 716.00 (-)
Entitle drawn (currently drawing) Rs 8362.00
As per 6th cpc my Disability Pension Rs 1755/ per month but your paying only Rs 775/ per month which is 5th cpc rate. Calculation sheet is attached with this letter.Actual my net entitle to draw is Rs 9841.00/ month.

2) Medical allowance arrears also not been paid.
I request your good office to intervene in this matter and make due arrears and correct pension.
