Sir, I would like to say that I have not recived Pension/Arears as per Implementation of 6th pay revision.
Kindly do the needful and authorise the above mentioned bank regarding my Pension and Arears.

Sir, According to My Pension (PPO No. 38171 dated 5.3.2009) was supposed to start from January 2009, but until now it has not been reached to BOI - B.S. City Branch. I repeatedly remind to the person concerned at Firayalal Chowk Branch, Ranchi, but no action has been taken place so far.

Please consider my case favourably.
