[Resolved]  Bank Of Maharashtra — Issue New ATM

Sir,

I am Rampure Udhav Khanderao. I am operating two account in BOM, Mundhwa, Pune. I lost ATM of both the account according I blocked it. I filled new form for issue of ATM and submitted in BOM, Mundhwa, Pune few months ago. But so far I have not received ATM cards and PIN Numbers. The details are as under :-

ATM — Issue new ATM

Dear sir/madam,

I have my account with bank of maharashtra, dharmpeth, Nagpur.
My ATM card is deactivated/expired. so pls issue me new ATM card.
I also forgotten my account number. So kindly help me for the same.
