[Resolved] Bank Of Maharashtra (Thakurdwar Branch) Mumbai - 2 — No cooperation for Pensioner Account | |||
I would like to inform you that there is no co-operation from Bank of Maharashtra (Thakurdwar Branch) Mumbai-400002 for pensioner account. My name is Prasad M. Otavakar and i am having saving account in BOM from last 10 years and my Mother having Pension account with BOM also she having saving account from last 15 yrs. From last 5 years she is suffering from Bone Cancer and she is bed ridden and not able to walk, so she is not able to go to bank and collect the pension. So i am going to withdraw a pension from last 5 year and also give monthly Dr. Medical certificate as per the Bank rule. But from last 4 month Bank staff is not co-operate with me. Mr. Jadhav a pensioner officer is refuse to give me a pension and told me to collect pension via money order. I personally go to All India radio and ask is there any facility of money order, they clearly mention that there is no such kind of facility. Event after i ask Mr. Jadhav to give me on paper so i can show it in All India Radio but he refuse to give me in written. Then i meet to a Branch Manager Mr. Joshi and explain the same, but he is also refused me. Even he told me that the Dr. Certificate which I have submitted every month is not a Bank Rule, years ago Bank itself told me that as per rule we have to submit the Dr. Certificate every month. I also request him to send a bank person at my home which is just opposite to Bank for verify the situation but he told me that he don't have staff to send at home and he will hot send a person from bank to my home. He told me to bring a Patient to bank which is impossible. He told me the he will not give me pension from month of May. He also suggests bringing authority later from All India for joint account for pension which is not possible. Also I ask to Manager what are the pension rule for Bed ridden patient, but refuse to give answer I am really Fed up and mentally harassed with this persons, so please look into this and give relief to me and my Mom.
